• EMI calculations use standard reducing-balance amortisation. Actual bank EMIs may vary due to processing fees, rounding, or bank-specific policies.
• SIP projections assume constant returns. Actual mutual fund returns are market-linked and variable.
• FD rates and PPF interest rates are subject to change by the issuing bank or government respectively.
• Gratuity calculations are estimates under the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972. Actual amounts may vary based on employer policies and legal interpretations.
